Your day to day role will be supporting a couple of our Mortgage Advisers to deliver an outstanding experience to our great clients. The role is fast paced so you’ll need excellent time management and an ability to improve efficiency within a team who are constantly looking for ways to do things better.
The advisers and our technical support team will be responsible for the nitty gritty of the financial services we provide and you’ll be there to support those advisers to do more of what they’re best at by taking the simpler tasks off their desk. Success for you will be making them more productive.
You do not need financial services experience but you’ll have a strong grasp of excel, word processing and basic computer functions. Primarily though you will need to have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a real “get shit done” attitude. Excellent written and verbal communication skills will help you excel in this role
