Who will I meet?

Adam Thompson - My Mortgage

Adam has been a Mortgage Adviser since 2007 and started My Mortgage in 2012 in an effort to deliver a more personalized service to his clients using all of the benefits of available technology and to cut down on the jargon used by a lot of banks and Financial Advisers.

As someone in his early 30's, a property investor and having bought his first home at 18, Adam can see the lending process from a number of different angles and really enjoys getting to know his clients well so that he can achieve the best result in the long term.

He keeps saying that he'll be doing this until he retires and is looking for clients who want certainty of service in the long term and can build a long term relationship to get the best home loans options and ongoing advice

Claire Martin - My Mortgage

Claire joined the My Mortgage team in 2015 following an OE and previous experience in Sports Management, Accounting and Retail. Her enthusiastic approach to giving people real old fashioned service and working tirelessly for a great result has seen her strike up some excellent client relationships and she's always looking for more.

Claire has such a fresh approach to Financial Advice. Her knowledge is current and she's backed by a great team which leaves her free to spend the time helping her clients get the best results possible.

She'll be the person to speak to if you're looking to buy your First Home in the near future and shares her clients excitement for making the biggest purchase of their lives to date.

Ross Barnett - Coombe Smith

Ross is a young Chartered Accountant and Property Accountant with offices in Hamilton and shares the My Mortgage office in Cambridge. At the age of 24 Ross started the Hamilton office of Coombe Smith and 10 years later runs a successful medium sized accounting firm with 10 staff. Ross owns investment properties, trades properties and loves the property game.

In addition to being a successful business owner, Ross is highly regarded as an expert in creating robust accounting structures that are both safe and efficient for business owners and property investors.

In his free time, Ross likes to keep fit and is a keen runner. He fits in well with the active My Mortgage team as he also loves snowboarding and wakeboarding!

You'll definitely want to have a chat with Ross if you're buying and selling investment properties and want someone to talk through the taxation implications, particularly with new rulings in this space recently.

Kylee Jacobsen - Jacobsen & Co

Kylee is our go-to person in Hamilton & Te Awamutu for property transactions, but she also has years of experience in all other areas of law.

She takes great pride in not being a "typical" law firm, loves to get out and visit her clients and is always "keeping it real".

Approachable, friendly and exceptionally good at what she does, Kylee focuses on creating strong relationships with her clients and will be your "person" for many years to come.

She lives in Te Awamutu with her young son and husband, and loves coffee almost as much as she loves nutting out solutions for her clients.

Come and chat to Kylee and you'll see just how easy it is for her to manage your next property transaction.
