A Claire Check provides home loan owners with a second opinion, fresh perspective and clear breakdown of their current mortgage setup.
If tweaks or restructuring will deliver meaningful value, clear recommendations and calculated potential savings are provided. If the current structure remains optimal, confirmation is given to stay tight and review again when the time is right.
How a Claire Check works
1. Fill in the form - about 10 minutes
Tell Claire your current lender, what you owe, what's fixed and until when, and what's changed for you lately. The more accurate the numbers, the more useful the outcome for you.
2. A 15-minute phone call
You talk, Claire asks the questions, some money oriented and some not. Things like what you're planning in the next couple of years, whether there's a business in the picture and what’s actually prompted you to get in touch.
3. We do the maths
Break costs. Cash contribution clawback. What's on offer elsewhere, and the pros and cons. Whether your structure still fits what you're doing now or if we could make some tweaks.
4. You get a follow up in writing
A plain-English breakdown of where you stand and what we'd do about it. No pressure and no catch, no obligation to move anything.
