This is Hannah's project for the community.
The aim is to grow the minds of our local children and introduce them to the world of reading from a young age. Bringing books to children and their families, making reading accessible, and an everyday occurrence in homes around the Waikato.So what are we doing here?
Through setting up an in house library at her son’s day care, Hannah has worked with the Teachers so children of the centre can borrow books to take home and read with their families.
Breaking down time and cost barriers, as well as getting some quality reading into each week.How does this help you?
