Making It Fun: A Guide to Buying Your First Home!

After chats with many first home buyers, we’ve come to realise that we need a decent resource and handbook/coach for you to read and come to terms with all the information in one place, in an easy to understand format.

There are no decent resources for first home buyers to learn more about the process as a whole, and that’s not good enough! At the moment, you’re trying to navigate a tricky Kainga Ora website to find out more about KiwiSaver and the First Home Grant, the First Home Loan, and read Stuff articles about the doom and gloom of a rising and falling property market, coupled with what your workmates or friends say, and it’s hard to know who’s right! 

We wanted to create a coaching programme as such, this is our way of spreading the word so more people can have a great, easy first home buying experience.

We’ve made this super easy - broken it up into sections so you can see how the process fits in together and you’ll be armed with a heap of information so your experience is incredibly easy, smooth, and most importantly, FUN!
