Thinking about building or renovating?

Adding to your family home, house & land packages or building your dream home?

Building a new home or renovating an existing one is really exciting. Being completely in control of what you want and how you want it to be is such a rewarding experience. There is, however, a lot to consider, including when it comes to financing the build or renovation. The My Mortgage team have recently all built their own homes, as well as helping many clients build and renovate. We know the process, what the banks need to see about the build and renovation and the things to watch out for during the build.

Contact the team about your renovation or building

The My Mortgage team love renovating and building houses and we've all done it at some point in our property owning lives. Get in touch with the team to find out how getting loans work for building a house or doing renovations to your property.
