Throughout the course of your application, you’ll likely hear from our Advisor Support Team. The team works behind the scenes gathering information and processing documentation to ensure your application is submitted quickly to the lenders we work with! They’ll be in touch if we need any further information from you.

Our Advisor Support Team ensures the handover from our advisors to the bank is stress-free.

Claire Williamson

Claire joined My Mortgage in 2015 after time abroad and previous roles in sports management, accounting and retail. Recognised as the regional Adviser of the Year for both 2024 and 2025, she is known for her enthusiasm, efficiency and genuine service. She has built deep, long-lasting client relationships and earned a reputation for simply getting things done.

Claire leads our marketing and events, hosts the Growing Kiwis podcast and is the author of Smashed Avo to Smashed Goals, a go-to book for first-home buyers. Multi-passionate by nature, she also leads key initiatives empowering women. She lives on a beef farm near Cambridge, where she enjoys part-time farming, gardening and cooking "paddock to plate" meals for her family and friends.

Aaron Gracie

Aaron stepped into the role of Mortgage Adviser after joining the My Mortgage family in late 2024. He brings a unique and diverse background with previous experience spanning Sport, Policing and Information Technology. Thanks to this background, Aaron is a natural-born problem solver who remains calm under pressure and thrives on securing positive financial outcomes for his clients - making him the perfect person to guide you through your mortgage journey.

Originally from Auckland, Aaron has been settled in the country town of Cambridge since 2021 and absolutely loves the lifestyle here. When Aaron isn't busy locking in great lending solutions for our clients, you'll find him out refining his swing on the golf course, watching sport or hanging out with his wife and young family.
